Working with a leading interior designer, the recent refurbishment has been sustainably developed and is rooted in the historic integrity of the building. It celebrates what already exists, minimises waste and ensures every element contributes to the story and flow of the pub.
The design champions reclaimed furniture and antique decorative lighting, creating a layered and authentic feel. The differing cosy corners lend themselves to a variety of folk, locals enjoying a quiet pint, visiting tourists soaking up the character, relaxed pub classic dining, and the discovery of a hidden gem in the secret garden.
